Let’s walk together on your journey to better hearing by improving the quality of your life.
At dB Hearing Center, we understand that hearing loss is an extremely personal journey. There are a myriad of emotions, fears, and concerns that occur when a person comes to get their hearing checked. It takes about 7-10 years for a person to notice they even have a hearing loss, many times, friends and family members notice first. Hearing loss is gradual, losing subdual sounds first like the sound of your turn signal or the beeping of the microwave.
This is a journey that we will take together one step at a time. The first step is finding out if you even have a hearing loss. We understand that the decision to come in for a hearing test is not an easy one, and that there are many emotions involved. Together, we will work through them. Our office is a very calm and comfortable environment. After all, you are not sick – you just need a little help hearing!
During your one-on-one appointment at dbHearing Center, we will answer all of your questions, even ones you might not have thought of, in safe, homey environment. It is important that you understand all of the options available to you. This is a big decision, and we want you to know as much as possible about all of your choices.

Welcome to dB Hearing Center, where the mission is “improving the quality of your life, in a world full of sound.”
dB Hearing Center is open 7 days a week, our office is nestled within a quiet and cozy residential neighborhood called “Pleasant Meadows”, which you will see is quite appropriate. The address is 27 Fernwood Drive, Lancaster, NY 14086.
Our office is a comfortable & personal setting, where we only see one patient at a time, giving you a chance to talk one on one, answering all your questions with no distractions.
The idea of dB Hearing Center, is a play on words that stands for decibels and of course, from our founder Dawn's name. Our mission is “improving the quality of life, in a world full of sound.” We also wanted to give people an opportunity to be in an environment that is much more like what they will be experiencing every day. “You are not sick, so why does an office have to look like a doctor’s office?”
